Life happens & as a dad going through divorce, Affordable SoCal Living was truly a beacon in a sea of darkness. It has allowed me to pay down debt & network with other dad's who are working tier tails off to support their kids. Believe it or not, there are ppl here who have a little bit of money saved up but have chosen to invest that money in something other than the insane bottomless pit we call rent(my kids college fund for example). My credit score is 800 & and my debt is manageable and ASCL and it's staff played a part in that. I can't thank them enough.

Affordable SoCal Living is a unique gem in Los Angeles, where people who want to better themselves, are given a second chance at life. The ambiance is that of a true fraternity, where friendships are formed and laughter is heard. It is conveniently located a few short blocks from the A-train Metro which gives you affordable access to greater Los Angeles. The owner is a very kind, and understanding person. There is an on-site property manager that offers support, when needed. I am certainly grateful to be part of this community which I am proud call home.

Since I’ve been in los Angeles, California when i found Affordable SoCal living it has been affordable for the price that beats all others places around. I’ve met looks of nice people, seeing others working on goals and even myself setting future goals. Very clean, through the house and property is very Secure with lots of cameras from the entrance to the doorway and through out the house. Management has been very awesomely whenever there is a problem sending a text or email getting a response the same day and the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend this place for a fresh new start and living affordable in California.

It's not always expensive to live in Southern California! I've found a fantastic deal on reasonably priced housing in a handy area.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years. The house has continued to improve the entire time I have lived here. Perfect location if you use public transportation.The outdoor living space is great if your coming from an apartment and like to enjoy SoCal weather.The house has a great atmosphere and the fitness center has everything you need to stay physically fit. No need to pay for a gym membership.

I found this affordable housing online on Craigslist that helped me in so many ways to live comfortably and save money I met so many different nationality people around the world it's amazing how one of my roommates is in a major the same as me which became really helpful“I really had a great experience with the company SoCal affordable living everything was convenient grocery store three blocks away laundry room onsite WiFi great workout gym onsite music studio along with laptop computer work stations onsite the maintenance crew does a really great job disinfecting the restrooms stocking tissue supplies the staff was awesome. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and were just great people to take care of the exterior and the interior of the property. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area.”

Good place to live if you want to come to Los Angeles. It also has a gym and a recording studio.

As a current resident, I can say this is the best shared living experience I’ve had.1) The rent rates make living in Los Angeles affordable for virtually anyone.2) Rents are all inclusive. No need for utility deposits.3) The property managers are friendly and listen to tenant concerns. Also, they coordinate room selection of new tenants with those most compatible; they put thought into that process.4) The property is centrally located, close to DTLA and Metro light rail.5) From my experience, the crime rate is low, with many families living in the area.6) Amenities include onsite laundry, a workout area and a recording studio.7) If you own a car, ask a manager about arrangements for that.8) One of the best attributes is that you get to meet others from around the world. People move here from other states and countries (e.g., China, Japan, Romania, etc.). Residents help each other with job leads, points of interest, etc.The biggest difference about Affordable SoCal Living is that the managers actual care about their tenants, and that is not too common.

Got me to Los Angeles very quickly. Very cool neighbors and great location

Such an amazing place to live in and it's right by USC. The beds are comfy, the rooms are always clean and tidy. The tenants are calm, polite and considerate. You get a fridge and a cabinet space to place your items in the kitchen, you get to watch TV as well; they have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max. There is a gym to workout in and a studio to record music. You can oftentimes attend cookouts on Sundays where we all gather, get a laugh and a good time. There is also a nice grocery store nearby for whenever you need to go shopping, it's called Superior Grocers. The management makes a huge effort into keeping the house in order they are always available and responsive in case they are ever needed. Everything is at your disposal, all you have worry about is the rent and you get everything previously mentioned with no extra fees whatsoever, what a bargain! Definitely recommend.
